He needed to get out and see people. That&#8217;s how we signed up for the mandala class. We would color them and then frame them.   <\/strong><\/em><\/p><p>That&#8217;s how we met the group. There were between 5 and 6 of us. It was a bonding experience, and I&#8217;ve kept in touch with them ever since.  <\/p><p>On Mondays and Thursdays, and sometimes on Wednesdays too, we&#8217;d come to the Resto-Entre. Sometimes we went on outings with H\u00e9l\u00e8ne for different activities. We&#8217;d take the bus for little excursions that I wouldn&#8217;t have done, because I don&#8217;t have a car.  <\/p><p>Then my husband died. Entraide Plus gave me a lot of support when he was gone. You know, after 40 years of marriage, it wasn&#8217;t easy.  <\/p><p>Coming to Entraide Plus is a nice change of pace, you get out of the house and the change feels good. Morale is better.<br>I do some sewing for the center, whether it&#8217;s alterations if someone needs it, or even making curtains as a service, of course. <\/p><p>There was dancing once a week on Thursdays. That&#8217;s when I met my new partner. <\/p><p>I&#8217;ve been coming to the drop-in center every week since the service started up again. We do activities linked to the theme of the season. Right now it&#8217;s Easter.  <\/p><p>When Patricia called me about the collection &#8220;Les Gardiens de la M\u00e9moire&#8221;, I was surprised and moved. I felt that someone was interested in me. It&#8217;s important to feel important.
