Serving seniors and caregivers

Entraide Plus is much more than a daytime activity centre. It is a true community hub — a place where connections are made, friendships grow and seniors maintain an active, stimulating and fulfilling network. We provide services to people aged 50and over — whether fully independent, living with illness or disability or facing a loss of autonomy. Our thematic meetings and activities aim to counter isolation, loneliness, poverty and violence.

We support seniors in aging at home by providing services that complement existing community and public resources as well as in-home respite and drop-in respite at our center to support caregivers.

Active in the community, we are always looking for new ways to contribute to its development and strengthen its social fabric. We create democratic spaces to make our community accessible and to encourage citizen engagement.

Entraide Plus values aging. Growing old is a privilege — it means being ALIVE! We hold great respect for seniors, our guardians of memory.
