Planning with peace of mind: understanding DAAMM
The arrival of advance requests for medical assistance in dying (AMAD) raises many questions among seniors and their caregivers. Behind the legal aspects lies an inescapable reality: the suffering of those who fear losing their autonomy, and that of the loved ones called upon to bear witness to their wishes.
This conference will enable you to :
- Understand how DAAMM fits in with other advance care planning tools
- Clarifying the role of family caregivers in end-of-life planning
- Get answers to your questions in a caring and respectful atmosphere
